Magic on the Mississippi -- Now signing up for the Fall of 2026! Join an unbeatable week-long Mississippi River Adventure in October 2026 with a small family of canoes and paddleboards, campfire stories and new friends, as we discover a new riverbank home on sandy shores and islands each night. Six days on the river are sandwiched between nights strolling the music-filled streets of Memphis, Tennessee and Clarksdale, Mississippi, two towns which have played an enormous part in the birth of the Blues, Rock n’Roll and the Civil Rights Movement. If you’re seeking a unique break from daily life, and the headspace to explore new possibilities alongside a like-minded, thoughtful group, this adventure has been designed for you. Simply beautiful; paintings and paddling - brings back wonderful memories of river time with all the Quapaws, wishing you all well.
Regarding the canoe/BLUES trip in April. Perfectly wonderful. There are three of us. My husband is 988 and would need to be transported most of the way by land. I am 83 and probably can paddle all the way. Our son is 57 and will absolutely do the whole way. Any suggestions.
